                At DriveDa, we respect your right to control your personal data. This page explains how you can request deletion of your data from our systems.
            

Your Right to Data Deletion

Under applicable data protection laws, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data. This is also known as the "right to be forgotten" or "right to erasure."

When you submit a data deletion request, we will:

Verify your identity to prevent unauthorized requests
Delete your personal data from our active systems
Remove your data from our backup systems within 90 days
Notify third-party service providers to delete your data

What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon your request, we will delete:

Personal Information: Name, address, date of birth, profile photo
Contact Information: Phone number, email address
Identity Documents: Driving license, Aadhaar, PAN card copies
Banking Information: Bank account details, UPI ID
App Data: Booking history, earnings history, chat messages
Device Information: Device IDs, location history

Data We May Need to Retain

Some data may be retained for legal compliance, including:

Financial Records: Transaction history (7 years as per Indian tax laws)
Legal Disputes: Data related to ongoing or potential legal matters
Fraud Prevention: Records related to fraudulent activity
Regulatory Compliance: Data required by government authorities

This retained data will be securely stored and only used for the specified purposes.

Timeline

Day 1-2: Identity verification and request acknowledgment

Day 3-7: Data deletion from active systems

Day 8-14: Confirmation of deletion sent to you

Within 90 days: Complete removal from backup systems

Important: Deletion is Permanent

Once your data is deleted:

Your DriveDa Partner account will be permanently deactivated
You will not be able to recover your account or data
Your earnings history and ratings will be lost
You will need to re-register if you wish to use DriveDa again

Please ensure you have withdrawn any pending earnings before requesting deletion.
